WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

Program structure

During the ten month-long program, you'll join a class of other ambitious trainees to learn directly from Kraft Heinz leaders, travel to all areas of our organization to see exactly how the mac and cheese gets made, and contribute directly to our business. You'll add value as a full-time employee from day one, doing real work, and delivering actual results.

After completing training and orientation, you'll immerse yourself into the first of your two, four-month rotations. One rotation is completed in one of our corporate offices. The other is completed in one of our field-based locations based on your track.

After the program, trainees are placed into functions across the company where you can add immediate value. The trainee program is divided into four function-specific tracks from which you can launch your Kraft Heinz career journey. These tracks are designed to guide placement following the program.

Sales & Marketing

You could be a part of brand management, category management, shopper marketing, retail sales, innovation, or consumer insights.

Manufacturing & Operations

You could work in procurement, supply chain, logistics, sales & operations planning (S&OP), quality, food safety, engineering, or manufacturing.

Corporate

You could make an impact in finance & accounting, revenue management (pricing), people & performance, or learning & development.

R&D & Quality

This could include quality, food science, engineering, research & development, or packaging.
