Description & Requirements

Job Description:

The Training Coordinator will be responsible for the delivery of training strategy and the development and management of training plans and resources.


  • To manage the delivery of high quality training and support- aligned with site operational objectives- Kraft Heinz standards and all NZ regulatory requirements.
  • To implement and manage a high quality induction programme for all new employees
  • To administrate departmental inductions and ensure effective training and timely sign-off for new employees.
  • To manage and update training matrix's.
  • To centralise all Health & Safety and FSQ training in a database.
  • To evaluate organizational performance to ensure that training is meeting business needs and improving performance.
  • To schedule training and keep records.
  • To manage and coordinate the documentation of work instructions and Standard Operating Procedures for each Production area. 
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure quality of work instructions and training outcomes meet expectations.
  • To report weekly and monthly to the Site Management Team on training compliance.

About You:

  • Degree in Engineering- Supply Chain or similar ideal.
  • Training experience in Manufacturing 2+ years.
  • Manufacturing background- Ideally FMCG.
  • Experience in in development and documentation of training materials.
  • Exceptional facilitation- communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to train- coach and mentor at all levels.
