Trade Spend Analyst
 

We have an excellent opportunity available for a talented Trade Spend Analyst to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. The Trade Spend Analyst lies within the Italian Business Unit. You’ll be working in a high performing team- alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. You’ll be reporting into the Trade Spend Lead Italy. Get ready for a lot of exposure to internal senior stakeholders. Managing and controlling our commercial balance sheet- increasing our visibility over customer trade spend- and customer deals & agreements will be your primary responsibilities. You’re constantly looking for improvement activities within the Italian finance division.


In brief- you will be responsible for;

  • Support managing the commercial balance sheet ensuring all deals and agreements are accounted for.
  • Partner with the commercial teams to ensure correct forecasting of annual agreements- prices and promotions.
  • Support the control over the Accounts Payables and Accounts Receivables ledgers.
  • Facilitate the interaction between our commercial teams and our outsourced service partners in charge of collections and payments.
  • Supervise the overdue and bad debt positions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance- economics or related business fields
  • Experience in consultancy- accounting or working with Grocery retailers on pricing- account payable/account receivable- either through a Trade Finance- Category Development- Customer Spend Management- D&A or direct account role
  • Good command of Excel
  • Intermediate English Level
