Description & Requirements

About the Position

•    Reporting into Head of Category & Trade Marketing
•    The primary responsibility is to develop and deploy the trade marketing strategy for markets of focus

Responsibilities include: 

•    KHC performance: drive delivery of top-line growth and value market share / in-market sales for respective markets in retail and food service; identify and support sales opportunities  
•    Growth strategy: recommendations according to product portfolio- distribution- brand positioning- pricing- as well as plan and execution of marketing and trade support activities
•    Innovation & Portfolio maintenance: commercial project lead for innovation/renovation projects in-market from idea to execution in addition to longer term tracking. Portfolio maintenance is also an important part of the job- in which the TMM is responsible to monitor changes in local regulations (alongside with distributors) and internal Masterbrand guidelines and update labels accordingly
•    BTL: plan- implement and evaluate in-store campaigns and promotions   
•    Stakeholder management: marketing point of contact for distributors and sales (insight sharing- training on new launches and campaigns)

Meeting ownership: 

•    Monthly Performance Reports (MPR) - respective to in-market sell-out and marketing activation performance
•    Distributor MPR (marketing point of contact)
•    Region Deep Dive (marketing lead)
•    Category Leadership Team (depending on project)
