Position Summary
The East Region Talent Acquisition Business Partner will architect and execute regional talent acquisition strategies for Dover- Ft Myers- Lowville- Avon- Winchester and two sites in Jacksonville. This individual will bring a seasoned eye for high volume hourly talent and will own the development and management of an hourly ready talent pipeline across all Kraft Heinz US Plant Manufacturing labor needs. The successful candidate will perform full life cycle high volume recruiting for 8+ Kraft Heinz US Plant locations and oversee candidate identification- outreach- negotiation- and offer execution for active and future talent. They will deliver qualified and diverse slates- and they will maintain excellent relations with all stakeholders – including TA partners- HR partners- functional leaders- and other supporting leaders as appropriate -- while guiding hiring managers and candidates through the recruitment and selection process.

The East Region Talent Acquisition Business Partner will support the dynamic talent needs Kraft Heinz plant manufacturing organization by identifying- assessing and connecting the best talent to the right role. You will be recruiting for a wide portfolio of job profiles and levels spanning a variety of disciplines - ranging from high-volume- repeatable roles to complex- niche positions. In partnership with Kraft Heinz Plant leadership- you will design and execute innovative recruitment strategies- host hiring events- and source passive talent to ensure assigned Kraft Heinz manufacturing plants are fully staffed and able to support the needs of our business.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Hire for hourly Kraft Heinz manufacturing plant positions across multiple geographies in plant network
  • Create comprehensive local recruitment strategies per assigned Kraft Heinz manufacturing plant location
  • Deliver diverse talent pools for active requisitions and ready talent pipelines for the future; curate a network of key community partners to attract and hire hourly talent
  • Propose and lead initiatives to attract a diverse and inclusive workforce to assigned Kraft Heinz manufacturing plant
  • Ideate and support hourly recruiting branding strategies that effectively push talent to Kraft Heinz career page or talent network
  • Continuously learn assigned plant business model- productivity goals- the connected job responsibilities- and the overall vision and shared goals of the positions and talent we aim to attract per assigned Kraft Heinz manufacturing plant.
  • Develop and maintain strong working partnership with leaders- vendors- community organizations- and other team members to yield success- predictable results and credibility
  • Influence by providing insightful market data that informs growth-oriented decisions
  • Draft and maintain strictest data quality of all talent communication- including position specifications- interview assessments- and post-interview debrief notes; preserve accurate and well-ordered documentation to ensure compliance adherence
  • Remain informed of hourly recruiting staffing trends and innovative techniques; deploy state-of-the art practices
  • Curate and deliver on employment branding in assigned region
  • Deliver highest client service- maintain high recruitment standards and consistently execute with operational excellence
  • Anticipate the future; deliver recommendations for long-term- strategic (programmatic) and proactive hourly recruiting solutions to always be ahead of business demand

Qualifications

  • 50% required travel to assigned Kraft Heinz manufacturing plants to support onsite interviewing- events- and provide staffing updates.

  • Extensive experience leveraging modern recruitment tools platforms- including ATS- CRM- and social networking tools; experience with Workday- or an equivalent a plus
  • 3+ years experience in full life-cycle recruiting in a large- complex in-house recruiting team or top tier recruiting agency; alternately- equivalent relevant business experience considered
  • Bachelor's Degree
