Description & Requirements

Main Purposes of the Job:

  • Totally responsible & accountable for a team that is expected to deliver flawless execution of the agreed PICOS in all outlets within their territory.
  • Provide leadership- guidance & continuous on the job coaching to the team (TL and MD) under their control.
  • Monitor and drive agency to deliver their KPI
  • Provide insight from routine market visit and activity implementation

Detail Job Responsibilities:

The Territory:

  • TMS is responsible for a territory per Zone GT and MT
  • On average each TMS will manage- coach and lead a team 6-10 TL.

Processes & Tools:

  • The “PROPER” – Ensure that this guideline is well implemented
  • PICOS – Ensure an up to date PICOS for every outlet and lead the culture change.
  • ABC for ABC Play Book – Use as guidance in every activity

Teams & Weekly Meetings:

  • Each TMS will conduct monthly meeting with their TL and MD to brief related last month performance- program of the month and plan future activity- and perform roles plays to improve their selling skills.
  • TMS will attend weekly meeting conducted by their ASS/ASM/RSM- TMS to discuss their performance vs KPI’s- promotion update and plan activity from HO

Responsibilities & expectations:

  • Plan monthly and weekly activity (5-day week)
  • Briefing- training- coaching and evaluate TL and MD during field visits
  • Monitor and control operational agency in area
  • Coordinate with sales team in the case of out of stock product;
  • Delivering and monitoring campaigns to be well implemented and in maximum result
  • Responsible for data & report requested by sales team.
  • Responsible to share insight from routine market visit and activity
  • Establish and maintain good relations with the store management

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree- any field.
  • Required skill(s): Microsoft Office.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in FMCG is required for this position.
  • Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of target area
  • Sales & Marketing (trade segmentation- execution standards- retail dynamics- competitive playgrounds- project planning and revenue cost management
  • Analytical ability to analyzes large amounts of data
  • Channel strategy /category management skill
  • Multi-side retail operation (RTM- in store activities- channel approach)
  • Project measurement and evaluation
