Description & Requirements

The Role:
The Sr. Manager- eCommerce Sales – National Accounts will function as a strategist for strategic eCommerce grocery business customers Target- Albertson's and Costco- responsible for maximizing sales volume and market share for Kraft Heinz products sold online. The Sr. Manager will own strategy- execution of marketing- merchandising- assortment management and promotions while managing a budget- maintaining profitability- and interfacing with both Kraft Heinz and external stakeholders. 

 
Primary Responsibilities:

  • Builds Kraft Heinz business with customer measured by profitable sales growth- share gains- revenue targets- special programs- new and core item introductions/distribution

  • Works with omnichannel customer accounts and Kraft Heinz teams to build and execute digital growth plans with strong vision and execution 

  • Manage projects and influence cross-functional teams to achieve well-defined outcomes across our Media- Supply Chain- Finance- Category Insights and Online Content departments

  • Create and monitor data reports to analyze trends of grocery products to highlight opportunities and address risks to the Kraft Heinz grocery portfolio

  • Drives efficient and effective digital marketing programs to deliver best ROI. Manages end-to-end strategy of on and offline retail media growth initiatives to drive maximum results

  • Drive category growth through customer insights and analysis of consumer decision trees to disproportionately growth categories online

  • Services the customer by establishing positive business relationships with decision makers- providing category management expertise programs at the retail level

  • Manages seamless execution of business operation

Qualifications/ Skills

  • 5+ years prior eCommerce and/or CPG experience at large vendor or retailer- focused on sales- innovation- digital strategy and omnichannel growth tactics

  • Strong understanding of the key tenets of eCommerce and digital merchandising

  • Strong sales or merchandising background with excellent understanding of business processes and systems

  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills and demonstrated ability to manage a scaled business

  • Significant experience in building customer relationships

  • Strong financial acumen – understanding of profit and revenue drivers and analysis

  • Proficiency in consumer demand strategy and budgeting

  • Strategic Thinking and Planning

  • Strong decision‐making ability

  • Bachelor’s degree/ MBA preferred
