Role Overview

The Senior Manager- eCommerce Sales- Pure Play- is responsible for leading our Amazon and Pure Play businesses and team- reporting directly to the Head of eCommerce. The responsibilities extend across a wide scope including merchandising- marketing- promotion planning- strategy- assortment- analysis- and more. The Senior Manager will be responsible for successful driving one of our highest growth channels through execution excellence- proactively seeking growth opportunities- and paving the way for how to win in both the short and long term. The team needs an owner with initiative and a problem-solving mind set. The Senior Manager will be a critical leader in delivering our goals and developing our eCommerce strategy as an organization.

Responsibilities

  • Own relationships with key Pure Play customers (main focus on Amazon)
  • Set strategy that delivers for KHC- the consumer- and the customer across assortment- promotions- merchandising- media- and outside of the box ideas that take the business to the next level.
  • Manage budget and ensure proper oversight on deductions and revenue management
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the fundamentals are executed with excellence including Media- Content- Supply Chain- Finance- Marketing- etc.
  • Monitor and examine business performance- identifying optimization opportunities and report out findings and results to senior leaders
  • Own and develop projects to accelerate eCommerce business fundamentals across the organization – finding ways to ensure we are at the forefront of the industry


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree- minimum 5 years work experience- preferably spent with a CPG- retailer- or other eCommerce experience. Amazon experience preferred.
  • Strategic thinker with a go-getter attitude. Growth driven mindset for themselves and the business.
  • Strong systematic and logical skills to manipulate complex data sets in order to unlock insights and opportunities
  • Comfortable with ambiguity – a self-starter who can plan- prioritize- and execute on an array of projects over multiple timelines simultaneously. Ability to manage short- mid- and long-term priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal – ability to present to senior leadership in a simplified manner on complex topics
  • Collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Exceptional negotiator and relationship builder
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Industry knowledge of eCommerce trends and best practices
