Description & Requirements

Primary Responsibilities
 

  • Manage and lead the identity and access management function- ensuring prompt- efficient- and accurate resolution of identity and access matters
  • Responsible for account lifecycle management- governance- and administration from inception to termination for employees- non-employees- and other business partners
  • Acquire and manage the necessary resources to support all IAM functions- including leadership support- financial resources- and key security personnel- to support Information Security (IS) goals- and reduce overall organizational risk
  • Overall responsibility for architecture- planning- and delivery of enterprise-level IAM program for identity- access- privilege access- SSO federation- and cloud
  • Engage in the review and design of new IAM solutions to ensure appropriate controls and tools are selected and operationalized
  • Participate in projects and initiatives working with IAM team members- architectural- development and engineering teams- service owners- and business stakeholders to provide enterprise IAM solutions that are scalable and adaptable with the ever-changing business needs and industry demands
  • Develops- participates and documents standard operating procedures- best practices and technical documentation in a shared repository
  • Develops and maintains IAM artifacts (strategy- decision- solution design- etc.)
  • Manages and monitors systems associated with Identity and Access management solutions; provides incident and problem management support
  • Assesses the current environment and makes continuous improvement to align with future state architecture

Qualifications
 

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant information security experience
  • Experience managing Cloud identities and implementing secure SSO strategies
  • Experience in two or more of the following areas: Single Sign On- Identity Federation- Resource Provisioning- Logical Access Control systems and Enterprise Directory Architecture and Design including directory schema- namespace and replication topology experience
  • 3+ years of experience in SAML- OAuth- SCIM- and other industry standard authentication/authorization solutions
  • 3+ years of experience with configuration and implementation of an IAM solutions including:
  • Design and develop automated provisioning and reconciliation of IT resources
  • Request-based application and resource provisioning
  • RBAC authentication to entitled applications and resources
  • Role based resolution of approvers for request approval flows
  • Single Sign-on
  • 3+ years of experience with reverse proxies- directory synchronization- role mining- identity reconciliation- levels of assurance- LDAP and Identity and Access Governance concepts
  • Develop test cases and deployment documentation.
