Description & Requirements


  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Advanced level knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
  • Understanding of Project Management / Project Management Professional Certification
  • Knowledge of Workday and/or ServiceNow is preferred
  • Knowledge of Time & Labor systems as it relates to Payroll is a plus
  • Knowledge of SAP is a plus
  • Previous management of HR/payroll implementations
  • Knowledge or Certification in Agile methodology is a plus


Lead- Communicate- Deliver

  • Lead- plan- analyze- execute and track project scope- schedule- budget and quality for various project delivery cycles.
  • Be an escalation point and provide project management support for key global projects.
  • Align key decisions with key business stakeholders and leaders.
  • Proactively manage risks and resolve issues affecting release scope- schedule- budget and quality
  • Deliver project plans- commitments and changes including business requirements- QA plans- schedule- and scope changes
  • Maintain project status reporting
  • Manage external vendors to deliver projects on time- on budget and within scope.
  • Responsible for planning and directing the work of a group of individuals between teams at different locations- monitoring their work- and taking corrective action when necessary.
  • Ensuring clarity around priorities and goals for the entire functional area
  • Communicating financial and goal results and key performance indicators to leadership.


  • 5+ years of project management experience- (Solid understanding of project management principles preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in information systems operations environment in systems analysis or development
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional work teams toward task completion
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills
