Description & Requirements

The Sr. Manager- Foresight and Capabilities is a newly created position within the Consumer Insight & Strategy team- reporting to the Head of Consumer Insights.  This role is pivotal in driving a consumer obsessed culture that is future focused to deliver transformational growth. 

Further- this individual will play a key role in delivering our new insights vision of putting the consumer and a culture of food at the centre of our enterprise transformation journey.

  •  Build and establish a consumer foresight capability to deepen our understanding of consumer and cultural trends & tensions to better predict needs and opportunities
  • Embed and scale a forward-looking understanding of the consumer that lead to meaningful dig sites for business growth
  • Contribute to Global Social Listening model to drive creativity- innovation- and Engagement with our consumers and our brands
  • Establish and Lead our internal Consumer Closeness initiatives and program
  • Drive new approaches to generate the strategic funnel to drive innovation and renovation
  • Experiment with new agile tools and methodologies to drive speed to insight and ultimately- speed to market with need- based solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to apply foresight into business cycle and planning
  • De-average the consumer to drive deeper learning and meaningful connections with consumers (right message- right time- right channel)
  • Drive connectivity and collaboration across the zone as we build a dynamic- enriched and predictive insights ecosystem


  •  Bachelor’s Degree is required; specialization in Social Science- Business Administration- or Marketing is preferred
  • 8+ Years of Market Research/Insights experience is required; a mix of client and agency side is preferred
  • 1-2 years of people management experience
  • Strong functional and technical expertise in quantitative and qualitative research & analytics techniques
  • Strong sense of ownership and drive for results
  • Collaborator: High degree of emotional intelligence and ability to build effective working relationships
  • Demonstrated experience with agile research tools- methodologies and applications
  • Someone who is on the forefront of technology- trends- AI- and their application in business
  • Proven ability to source- work with and combine disparate data sets to find patterns- extract insights and answer business questions
  • Understanding of marketing processes- business planning- marketing strategy
  • A storyteller- with strong communication and presentation skills
  • Solutions oriented; Outside the box thinking
  • Confidence to adapt to and manage changing priorities
