Description & Requirements

Role:

The Senior Manager- Demand Capabilities owns demand planning best practices and analytics for the KH US Logistics and Planning organization. This includes analytics related to statistical modelling and projects to continuously improve forecast metrics throughout the supply chain. Additionally- this role is the central process owner for all weekly demand planning rituals and routines- including the ITP (Integrated Tactical Planning) process.

Primary Responsibilities:
 

  • Process Lead for end to end demand rituals and routines including ITP (integrated tactical planning) – defining process/tool best practices and standardization
  • Delivering and measuring results across all business units
  • Executing projects and continuous improvement throughout KHC US to improve forecast metrics and support supply chain initiatives
  • Owner of the Demand COE- centralizing statistical modelling process and analytics for S&OP Demand
  • Change Champion for S&OP Demand in the digital demand projects as subject matter expert and change ambassador to the organization
  • Lead integration of Demand routines/projects- including network- logistics- customer supply chain- and footprint initiatives
  • Lead 8 Demand sr mgr./mgr across the 3 BUs in driving process improvements and implementation of best practices
  • Support productivity across US operations to deliver cost out initiatives
  • Thought leader to develop strategic future of demand planning and S&OP

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with a team and be responsive
  • Strong data analysis. Financial acumen and interpretation skills preferred
