Description & Requirements


  • Develop and activate holistic advertising and marketing campaigns for specific brands that include retailer onsite and offsite traffic drivers (including targeted display ads- search- paid social- CRM- influencers- and acquisition emails)
  • Manage and own budget recommendations to brand team
  • Manage day-to-day relationship with agency partners and designated BU team
  • Interface with eCommerce sales teams- eCommerce retail media team- eCommerce content team- and brand teams regarding campaign strategy and performance in order to meet campaign objectives
  • Define brand search strategy and structure- including keyword and content development
  • Integration of brand campaign efforts across media channels to ensure cohesive consumer experience
  • Ownership of BU media planning/execution calendars- determining synergies between national and eCommerce plans
  • Develop detailed media briefs for various initiatives to launch of programs that comply with brand guidelines- align with business objectives- and exceed defined performance KPIs
  • Synthesize campaign learnings and communicate data-driven recommendations and best practices to the sales and brand teams on an ad-hoc or regular basis
  • Collaborate with the Consumer Insights and Category Management teams to identify growth areas for the brands within eCommerce
  • Develop test and learn plans to continuously drive the business forward
  • Define new product launch and go-to-market plans by channel in partnership with the brand teams
  • Support strategic- brand-build initiatives focused on high impact growth including: SEO- SEM- Voice Commerce- etc.

  • Strong communication skills- tailoring message to appropriate audience
  • Excellent analytical skills to identify optimizations and new marketing opportunities

  • Ability to demonstrate individual- team- and project leadership skills
  • Strong personal motivation and ability to effectively work independently
  • Media buying experience- DSP- DMP and ad serving/tracking (DCM) understanding required
  • Knowledge of eCommerce media space and marketing tactics available
  • Prior media agency experience preferred
  • Prior or relevant experience in Retail (eCommerce a plus) and Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG)
  • Comfortable working in an ambiguous environment
