Description & Requirements

The Sr. Analyst- Corporate People ZBB (Zero-Based Budgeting) i) is a key role to support the company's efforts to deliver budgetary commitments. The position will work across the HR and Finance organizations to manage and provide visibility into financial results and identify and deliver upon savings initiatives for the Corporate population.

 Key Components of the role

  • Provide budget analysis support for the creation of a granularity planned budget that governs the salaried population and other HR costs for the Corporate Zone (~$150M)

  • Maintaining active tracking of people expenses and deliver monthly forecasts to Finance Leadership for the Corporate Zone

  • Drive priorities by guiding- training and empowering Corporate Zone HR Leads to make the right cost decisions for their organizations.

  • Manage budget of all ZBB packages for the HR Entity and Global Rewards team

  • Monitor Corporate Zone bonus accruals- payout and settlement processes

  • Work to maintain data accuracy within people reporting tools and systems


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business- Finance- Economics or Accounting preferred

  • Minimum 3- 4 years of experience within a Finance or Accounting role

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

  • Experience in Workday and/or SAP a plus

  • Ability to work across the organization and handle confidential information

  • Excellent analytical- written- and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent organizational skills- self-starter and ability to meet deadlines and balance competing priorities
