Description & Requirements

The Sr Manager – Financial Planning and M&A is responsible for the following:

  • Create investment thesis and business cases for potential acquisitions- divestitures and/or JV opportunities- including background information- financial projections- revenue and cost synergy opportunities- valuation and pro forma transaction financials.
  • Coordinate deal teams including financial- legal- and tax advisers and internal functional teams to execute transactions and other projects.
  • Draft Board presentations on financial- strategic- and/or transactional matters.
  • Present findings and recommendations to VP of Global Financial Planning and M&A and/or Global KHC CFO.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science in a quantitative field (e.g.- Economics- Mathematics- Finance- Engineering- Accounting- etc.) is required.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of prior Investment Banking and/or Private Equity experience is required. Past experience working in the consumer space is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a high activity environment with limited direct supervision is required.
  • Individual must have advanced Accounting- Business- and Communication skills.
  • Individual must have advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Individual must be a self-starter with high energy and proactive approach- and strong intra-personal skills
  • Individual must have advanced analytical judgment and ability to present effectively
