About the role:

The Senior Analyst Procurement Finance position is part of the Supply Chain Finance Team- supporting the Procurement Finance Manager  to deliver Finance and Analytical support to Procurement Team.

Responsibilities:

  • Month end close routines: PPV journals- variance analysis- performance reviews
  • Monthly Forecasting routines: Manage PPV- Spend and FX Forecasts; Liaise with Global Risk management regarding Commodity Forecast
  • Project tracking and stakeholder management with Procurement and VE Team
  • Assist in Standard Cost Set up and Standard Cost roll up new cost roll up
  • Monthly Balance Sheet reconciliations
  • Affiliate transfer margin and affiliate price management
  • Regular presentations to Procurement Director and other senior leadership
  • Execute key cross-functional analysis projects alongside Commercial- and S&OP teams

About you:

  • Bachelors degree (Finance- economics- supply chain preferred)
  • CPA/CA degree preferred
  • 2-3 years experience in Finance/Procurement fields- FP&A or audit/consulting
  • Accounting knowledge (double entry accounting- balance sheet and P&L relationship)
  • PPV concept- standard costing and inventory valuation
  • Advanced Excel and Powerpoint skills
  • Accounting concepts matching principle
  • Multi-level BOM Stand cost roll up
  • BPCS experience preferred
  • Eligibility to work in Australia
