About the Position

We have an excellent opportunity available for an experienced Senior Demand Planner to make a difference in our Nordics team at Kraft Heinz. The Senior Demand Planner position lies within the Northern Europe Supply and Operations department. You’ll be part of the Nordics Leadership Team and working in a high performing team- alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. You’ll be reporting into the Head of Demand Planning Northern Europe. Your primary responsibility will be managing the Nordic regions total forecast across our key categories: a combination of historical volume reviews and new data to support new product launches- future innovations- factory planning- logistics planning and stock policy. You strive to make sure we have the right product in the right place at the right time.


In brief- you will be responsible for;

  • Member of Nordic Leadership Team- working across 5 countries and over 20 customers to support the rapid growth of our Nordics business
  • Delivering forecast accuracy targets through the development of robust demand forecasts
  • Managing the meeting and process framework to ensure forecasts are constructively challenged to drive consensus and accuracy
  • Managing the forecast of a portfolio of FMCG products including the generation of an 18 month forecast down to SKU level through high quality analysis within our Manugistics platform.
  • Collaborating with the Sales team on forecast inputs such as promotional and Marketing on media plans
  • Working with our central team to coordinate product flow to the Nordics market
  • Customer service levels (i.e. case fill rate and requested delivery date to ensure we have the right product in the right place at the right time) and operational costs to manage operation efficiency
  • Supporting the implementation of a new Sales Forecasting System and leading the behavior change associated with the new system within the organization
  • Supporting the transition to a new warehouse- whilst ensuring no impact on Customer Service

     Qualifications


    Hard Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • +4 years supply chain experience with 2 years demand planning
  • Advanced Excel knowledge
  • Manugistics / JDA experience preferred (not essential)
