About the Position

We have an excellent opportunity available for an experienced Senior Brand Manager to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. The Senior Brand Manager position lies within the Iberia business. You’ll be working in a high performing team- alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. You’ll be reporting into the Marketing & Category Director Iberia. Get ready for a lot of exposure to internal senior stakeholders. Your primary responsibility will be to shape the future of our top iconic and local brand in the Iberia business. This is a unique double role position covering from brand development to brand building and activation. On the one hand you will shape the future of the brand: 5-year strategy and brand plan- innovation and product development roadmap together with R&D- brand purpose- brand foundations and media creation. On the other one- you will land the marketing plan in the country ensuring outstand and timely delivery in the market.


In brief- you will be responsible for:

  • Brand purpose
  • Brand vision
  • Brand strategy
  • 5-year brand roadmap and P&L associated
  • Brand foundations
  • Long term innovation portfolio roadmap and product development together with Consumer Insights and R&D teams
  • Media asset creation
  • Annual brand strategy and activity planning
  • Financial delivery for the brand- aiming at exceeding budget targets
  • Monthly performance review to the Continental Europe leadership team- including in depth root cause analysis and action plan to resolve any issues within the year
  • Leading media planning for the brand- including channel choices & investment strategy. Bringing to life the media asset creation by building and leading a best in class activation plan
  • Full 360 launch plan for innovation- with strong partnership and influencing on their development with the EU Brand Build team.
  • Manage a team of 2 people

Qualifications

Please kindly note that you need to have an EU Working Permit (Orientation Year Visa not included) in order to proceed for this position.

  • BSc required- MSc preferred
  • Prior Brand Management experience in local or global. Experience in both is a plus
  • Prior experience in 2 different FMCG department areas: local marketing- global marketing- sales
  • 6-7-year FMCG experience
