About the Position

We have an excellent opportunity available for an experienced Revenue Growth Management Senior Analyst Benelux to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. The RGM Senior Analyst Benelux lies within the Benelux Business Unit and is located in our Amsterdam office. You’ll be working in a high performing team- alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. You’ll be reporting into the Category Finance and Revenue Management Manager Driving the commercial strategy by leveraging available data on e.g. price and promo to make the right commercial trade-offs and driving profitable growth will be your primary responsibility. You’re constantly looking for improvement activities within the Benelux.  


In brief- you will be responsible for;

  • Setting Promotional guidelines
  • Defining base Price positioning through profit maximization analysis
  • Building scenarios and evaluate financial implications of recommended strategies to yield revenue growth
  • Forecasting revenue performance
  • Engaging and cooperating with senior stakeholders from the relevant different functions (i.e. Marketing- Category Finance)
  • Driving internal projects to provide better visibility and insights on all Revenue Management topics.
  • Defining commercial conditions of KHC innovation products
     

 Qualifications


Hard Skills and Capabilities

  • Circa 2-3 years of experience solving complex business problems in a commercial environment (e.g. in FMCG or consulting)
  • Ability to partner with the business and provide executable insights;
  • Proven (numerical) academic background in Business/Economics
  • Fluency in English is a requirement
