About the Position (Update the highlighted parts)

We have an excellent opportunity available for an experienced Business development to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. The required position lies within the European Middle East and Africa Zone. You’ll be working in a high performing team- alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. You’ll be reporting into the Food Service Manager .Get ready for a lot of exposure to internal senior stakeholders. The achievement of topline and bottom line financial targets (GSV- NSV and CMA). You’re constantly looking for implementation and monitoring of IMS Nationwide- distribution and visibility objectives- oversees the resources allocation and workflow of all support actives including data collection- and preparation reports to support sales team.

Core job responsibilities will include:

Add more understanding of what’s needed for each point + add more technical details to target the right people

  • Responsible for handling pre-set targets ( JBP )
    • Responsible for monthly forecast/demand
    • Achieving monthly targets ( Sales IN/OUT ) with a structured executional plan
  • Responsible for achieving regional strategic goals
    • Manage by Objectives achieving company KPIs
  • Manage Distributors and Sub-Ds
    • Handling Day to day job with our partners/ partners sales team
    • Ensuring all account pays its debts
  • Manage and develop distributor sales reps
    • Train- Coach and develop DSRs with a strategic thinking to fulfil the company’s objectives
  • Handling HORECA customers and ensuring the ongoing sustainable business
    • Expanding the HORECA database and developing the existing ones


Hard Skills (update needed skills)

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Sales- Management & Marketing as the medium of University education
  • Work experience of 3-5 years at a Managerial level. Prior work experience in an FMCG environment is important
  • A high degree of familiarity and practice of IT skills related to use of Microsoft PowerPoint- Word- MS Excel
  • A strong command over English with an ability to understand and communicate clearly and effectively
  • Familiar with in Call guide and strong negotiation skills
  • Understand the Food service ways of working
