Description & Requirements

Role Overview

As a Project Commercialization Analyst- you will support the project commercialization process for a packaging renewal project. You will be extensively exposed to different cross-functional teams (Marketing- R&D- supply chain- material planners- production schedulers- internal and external plants- …) to help deliver projects within the specified time- cost and quality parameters. You will be responsible for gathering data and information across the company and within our internal systems to ensure packaging transition happens according to plan.

CONTRACT DURATION: December 2020 – June 2022


  • Work alongside cross-functional teams in the development and implementation of a broad- coordinated set of projects to meet cost- timeline and sustainability targets.
  • Facilitate the definition of project scopes- goals- tasks and resource requirements; resolve or assist in the resolution of conflicts within and between projects or functional groups.
  • Develop methods to monitor project progress and provide corrective action if necessary. Create dashboards and manage trackers (provide accurate information to ensure seamless project progress and support service level).
  • Track and fetch information across all project actors (internal teams and suppliers) to ensure decision can be make quickly according to up-to-date data.
  • Ensure that suitable risk assessment and contingency planning (for relevant projects) takes place- is communicated and agreed upon by all stakeholders and is acted on if necessary- to keep the project on track or to accelerate the project if the business need arises.
  • Using our internal systems- manage- track and communicate packaging material status information from the point of workflow initiation through to production readiness.   Identify and highlight issues where timelines are being exceeded.

Operating Environment

  • Develop strong relationships and effective partnerships with internal functions. Obtaining the correct information from Marketing- Supply Chain- R&D- external creative agencies or other suppliers are instrumental to success.


  • Bachelor’s degree required (accounting/finance- marketing- logistics- engineering- quality- food science- operations).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with supply chain / production / procurement / R&D / project management.
  • Extensive change / project management knowledge.
  • Working knowledge of operations and basic supply chain principles.
  • Strong ability to influence.
  • Give attention to details and be highly organized
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects- knowing when to take calculated risks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong drive for results
