Description & Requirements


  • Support the Kraft Heinz Management Systems (KHMS) Zero loss implementation for the designated area of responsibility together with the line leader- team leaders and Pillar owners
  • To identify- prioritize and eliminate process / equipment losses
  • To be the owner of the loss analysis of the process or area
  • To identify the equipment standards / basic conditions
  • To build the process capability & control
  • To lead and build the capability of process failures technical troubleshooting and root cause analysis
  • To lead benchmarking & reapplication
  • To provide feedback to design and lead smart standardization deployment toward production- BD / Engineering and Quality.
  • To support the change management & validation processes (Safety- Quality- Plant systems)


  • Eliminate or reduce (prioritized) losses through implementing standards using KHMS tools Use reliability tools (KHMS problem solving) to drive loss elimination
  • Own critical daily management systems- e.g. Centerlining / Clen Inspect Lube / Visual Control and drive implementation and health checks throughout the plant
  • Design- implement and maintain systems to collect and analyze data for critical losses
  • Use this data to identify process losses-
  • Work with line management to prioritize improvement opportunities
  • Participate in the daily direction-setting process- report results- flag issues and request resources
  • Standardize equipment and work processes. Own the change management system for a designated process. Update process control strategies and operating procedures as changes occur.
  • Share and reapply learning on process/equipment changes with operators
  • Prepare and give training in process/equipment- KHMS tools- troubleshooting and changes
  • Develop him / herself through participating in corporate and external training

Other expectations

  • Spend 80% of his/her time on the floor
  • Become a technical expert for a designated process / area
  • Qualify on all basic operating roles
  • Build up Lean knowledge and methodology and be a role model and ambassador for the Lean journey


  • Solid experience within the Manufacturing / Continuous Improvement arena
  • Strong interpersonal skills and communication ability
  • Demonstrable Change Management skills in embedding new process & or equipment
  • Expertise in interpreting plant data- observations- and the capability to explain and recommend corrective actions
  • Highly Computer Literate with the ability to use a variety of toolsets
  • Experience of CI tools and techniques including- root cause analysis- cause and effect diagrams- process flow charts- pareto analysis.
  • Proven ability to establish- influence and maintain good working relationships at all levels.


  • Minimum of Bachelor in any of the following disciplines: Engineering  / Manufacturing / Continuous Improvement
  • Green Belt Essential
  • Black Belt Desirable
