Description & Requirements

Position: Sales Finance Lead (PPM Lead)

Location: Paris

You will get a unique opportunity as Sales Finance Lead to make something great happen at Kraft Heinz. The position of Sales Finance Lead is based in the French business unit. You can expect a high performing team that is always working to reach the next level. You will report directly to the CFO and have high interactions with the Sales Directors. We offer a lot of international networking and direct contact with our management team. You are always optimizing processes and routines in your area of responsibility as well as the entire business unit.

These tasks await you:

  • Managing Financials for both the Retail and Foodservice Channels

  • Preparation of financial analyses and tracking of annual negotiations and promotion deals

  • Control and optimization of all customer discounts and allowances

  • Ensuring the financial viability of all customer related initiatives

  • Analyzing monthly performance of customers and validating sales forecasts

  • Preparation of monthly forecasts

  • Support top-line budget plans at the customer level

  • Prepare monthly and ad hoc presentations for the business unit lead

  • Development and calculation of project related business cases in collaboration with the sales teams

  • Management of a team of two analysts

What you bring to the table:

! Please note: for this position you need a work permit valid in France

  • A university degree in business administration- finance or controlling

  • At least 3 - 5 years of professional experience in controlling- ideally in the food or consumer goods industry

  • Very strong knowledge of Excel

  • SAP knowledge is an advantage

  • Very good knowledge of English and fluent French
