Description & Requirements

About the role

Working closely with our collaborative site leadership team at one of our largest sites- you will oversee: safety- CFR- inventory- inventory controls and logistics costing. Contributing to both the operational and strategic activities you will be empowered to make a real impact.


  • Positive people management across your streams;
  • Develop a production plan that meets customer service expectations and optimises total manufacturing costs;
  • Central point of contact between the Agriculture team- the factory and the S&OP team to ensures the sanction process and other crop related processes are delivered;
  • Build trusted relationships with internal stakeholder groups (i.e. Materials Management- Logistics- Procurement) to develop and share a long term forecasting and insights and drive continuous improvement;
  • Manage the controls on site for inventory (cycle counts- full counts- FEFO…);
  • Ownership of the Supply Chain Losses package for the site and lead the Supply Chain Losses improvement program;
  • Drive continuous improvement projects- including the Manufacturing Supply Chain pillar of the Kraft Heinz Manufacturing Excellence system (KHMS).

About you

Your passion for people and motivation to drive results will ensure your success in this role. You will have:

  • Experience in working within a similar role- ideally within the FMCG industry- however pharmaceuticals or retail industries will also be considered;  
  • Strong leadership and relationship building skills with the ability to influence;
  • Fine-tuned problem solving and analytical skills with the ability effectively communicate data to provide valuable insights and drive continuous improvement.
