Description & Requirements

The Manager- ZBB Tools & Data is a key role to support the company's efforts to deliver budgetary commitments in the human resources department. The position will work cross functionally to create- optimize- and manage tools and processes to streamline our financial processes.

Key Components of the role

  • Create and maintain tools to optimize the budget- forecast model- and bonus process

  • Partner with HR teams around the globe to understand their modeling and forecast requirements to be built in Adaptive Insights

  • Manage payroll audit- including but not limited to- access- tool effectiveness- data accuracy- and results communication

  • Maintain data accuracy between Adaptive Insights and other HR systems such as Workday

  • Manage approval process for global shared folder access

  • Ad hoc model and process improvements within the Adaptive Insights system

  • Experience with Adaptive Insights and SQL is preferred- but not required


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business- Finance- Economics or Accounting preferred

  • Minimum 3- 4 years of experience within a Finance or Accounting role

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

  • Experience in Workday and/or SAP a plus

  • Ability to work across the organization and handle confidential information

  • Excellent analytical- written- and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent organizational skills- self-starter and ability to meet deadlines and balance competing priorities
