Description & Requirements

DUTIES:                       Responsible for leading the SAP Security Role Design- Build and Implementation for all the process areas and projects in the Kraft Heinz global environment.  Specific duties include: 

  • Ensure the successful implementation of all process areas for all SAP projects.
  • Complete SAP project implementation activities globally in a timely fashion.
  • Develop strong project team relationships for assigned projects.
  • Develop strong relationships with offshore team members and ensuring clear direction and tasks are assigned.
  • Adhere to Kraft Heinz’s Security standards and activities for Sarbanes-Oxley and Internal Audit requirements.
  • Provide project and support team leadership and expertise to ensure consistent application of a Kraft Heinz SAP Security Template.
  • Work with clients to identify and document SAP security software design requirements.
  • Complete SAP security software role design- development- test and implementation according to project schedules.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for issues and questions related to SAP security software design and implementation.
  • Deliver project activities upon project plan dates and provide timely progress reporting to management.
  • Serve as project SME for SAP security software role designs- builds- and ensuring principle of least privilege is applied.
  • Ensure Kraft Heinz Security Template best practices- as well as SOX and other audit/control requirements in the Security space are implemented and adhered to.
  • Work to simplify and remove complexity in the SAP security software design process.
  • Work closely with Process Area IS Lead- Internal Controls- Audit- and Business Process teams to ensure that policies- standards and guidelines are successfully implemented.
  • Inform management of SAP Security Team resource requirements needed for assigned projects.
  • Monitor service delivery resources and activities to ensure activities are being completed within SLA.
  • Proactively seek- identify- and make recommendations for areas of improvement.
  • Serve as connectional liaison to Internal Controls and business process organizations.
  • Build solid relationships with internal and external clients- Internal Controls- SAP CC and business teams and other security teams- and team members.  

REQUIREMENTS:          Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science- Information Systems- Computer Engineering or a directly related field together with and six (6) years of progressively responsible experience in a related information systems (IS) occupation. Previous work experience must have included experience with: SAP security concepts across following SAP modules: ECC- BI- CRM- SRM- APO- MDG- SCM- PI- SAP GRC- and HANA; Sarbanes Oxley and General Computing Audit Controls; SAP Role Methodology- Design and implementation; SAP Basis and Transport management solutions; and Supporting technical teams on troubleshooting security issues while staying aligned to business processes and procedures.
