Description & Requirements

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain financial reporting cadence (monthly) with US and Global stakeholders
  • Drive change in functionality and application of ZBB tools and policies held at KHC; working directly with the Global team to facilitate these improvements Company-wide through development- creation- and roll-out
  • Provide insights on entity level forecasts and budgets using cost drivers and benchmark analysis
  • Determine long-term fixed cost priorities while revising the US Strategic Plan
  • Responsible for all marketing spend across the US- and manages the Commercial and Sales packages
  • Responsible for all central marketing entities- such as eCommerce- R&D- Evolv- CMO- etc.
  • Responsible for finding efficiencies and forming a strategy for marketing spend across the zone
  • Responsible for managing Commercial spend across the US
  • Works directly with sub-package owners
     

Qualifications:

  • BS in Finance- Accounting or Business Administration required or Engineering degree with finance experience; MBA preferred
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Finance/Accounting required
  • Experience using Microsoft products (Excel- PowerPoint)- SAP suites- and Tableau
  • Excel mastery paired with analytical curiosity
  • Confident communication – must have the ability to communicate within peer group and with senior leadership
  • Independent learner with a sense of urgency and works well under pressure
  • Experience managing at least one direct report
