Description & Requirements

We have an opportunity available for Trade Marketing Specialist to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. You’ll be working in a high performing team and reporting to Trade Marketing Manager. Get ready for a lot of exposure to internal senior stakeholders. Holding a key role between Brand Marketing- Key Account Management and Field Sales force will be your primary responsibility.  
 
Responsibilities 
1. Managing projects aiming to implement products from Kraft Heinz European portfolio into the local market (Poland); 

  • Brand and product recommendation 
  • Developing sales tactics (selection of sales channels- clients- optimal timing) c. Ensuring proper product localization in accordance with the applicable standards and legal regulations 
  • Preparation of necessary sales tools (cases- packages- displays- etc.) 

2. Building a Kraft Heinz Poland in-store exposition policy; 
3. Coordination of product activation for all key clients- by instore activations; 
4. Close cooperation with Sales- Marketing- Quality and Copacker- in order to meet brand- legal and technical requirements; 
5. Managing the whole process of preparing new prepacks (in&out mixes) 

  • Recommending split of mixes 
  • Preparation of sales tools 
  • Contacting all internal and external stakeholders
  • Responsibility for the operational side of projects 

6. Governing projects on platform ProjectNow. 

Qualifications 

! Please kindly note that you need to have an EU Working Permit (Orientation Year Visa not included) in order to 
proceed for this position. 
• Dutifulness and punctuality  

• Ingenuity and creativity;

• Perfect work organization and task prioritization;

• Knowledge of the basics of project management;

• Technical acumen is welcome;

• Very good knowledge of English and Polish

• Ability to work under time pressure
