Description & Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Lead development of annual & multi-year pricing pipeline/strategy for all categories in the assigned BU.
  • Develop and recommend portfolio strategies across key RGM levers - Pricing- Price-Pack Architecture and Promotion to drive profitable and incremental growth
  • Collaborate with BU Category team and develop Rev. Mgmt. build for BU Year+1 AOP & SP.
  • Drive consumer- category- competitive and channel analysis to inform the revenue strategy including profit pool assessment- pack price architecture and promotional strategy.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally and develop fact-based pricing sell-in story/materials for the customer/sales teams.
  • Perform category- competitive and channel analysis to inform the revenue strategy including profit pool assessment- pack price architecture and trade program performance
  • Own List Price management for all categories in the assigned BU.
  • Partner & advice BU Category teams on pricing related opportunities & risks
  • Provide leadership on ad-hoc pricing related projects and analysis as they come
  • Lead & develop a team of 2 direct reports

Qualifications:

  • BS in Finance- Accounting or Business Administration required; M.B.A. preferred.
  • 5-7 years of experience in Finance/Accounting
  • Strong business acumen- interpersonal- communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to influence cross-functional team members
  • Strong Technical and Systems orientation
  • Motivated self-starter who can effectively work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • Possesses the ability to lead teams and effectively work through others
  • Team player who manages collaboratively with the ability to influence management- in some cases without authority
  • Exhibits strong analytical- written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage direct reports
