Junior Commercial Project Manager

In Marketing Operations we bring ideas to life with the heartbeat of one Team.
Join us as a Junior Commercial Project Manager and dare to do better every day.
As a JCPM you will lead the execution of Innovation projects as well as the commercial alignment and execution of Value Engineering Projects. You will be accountable for the on time in full delivery of all your projects together with your cross functional team.

As a JCPM you will also get involved in truly international projects  of all different categories and work with stakeholders from all departments. You will from the start manage your own projects with full responsibility and the potential of managing a team as a true owner.

Some key responsibilities and activities include:

  • Ensures project team is assigned and holds kick-off
  • Leads cross-functional Feasibility
  • Leads (bi-)weekly Team meetings to ensure & track Project Progress
  • Assigns and follows-up on actions
  • Manages the timeline- scope and budget of the project
  • Identifies- updates and manages project risks & mitigation plans
  • Ensures appropriate factory alignment
  • Ensures correct Governance through Project now / Category Leadership Teams
  • Informs and Aligns Stakeholder at appropriate level
  • Artwork and Code creation

    Additional responsibilities for Value Engineering Projects include:

    • Aligns the commercial needs during VE Project Execution
    • Leads Scope Creation for large scale Artwork projects; implements changes
    • Ensures appropriate resource availability from adjacent functions

    Hard Skills

    • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree
    • Project management skills
    • High level of proven numerical & analytical capability
    • Good interpersonal skills to influence and multiple stakeholders across all levels of the organization
    • Task-oriented with excellent sense of prioritization and highly organized
    • Ability to work under pressure and deliver to tight deadlines with can do attitude
    • Proficiency in written and spoken English
