Description & Requirements

We have an excellent opportunity available for an experienced Finance professional to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. The International ZBB Manager role (for IT) is within the International Zone structure. You’ll be working in a high performing team- alongside peers trying to reach the next level. You will be reporting into the International IT PPM and Employee Experience Lead. Get ready for a lot of exposure to internal senior stakeholders. The delivery of IT ZBB will be your primary responsibility and you will constantly be looking for improvement activities within the International zone (EMEA- APAC- LATAM).


Main Responsibilities

  • Manages and controls the IT ZBB and Projects ZBB for the Zone through monthly reporting and reviews with each of the BUs;
  • Implements and manages the sustainable reinvestment mentality for IT ZBB package across the BUs;
  • Responsible for monthly forecast- closure and reporting of IHQ- consolidation of BUs information and variances analysis of Zone IT ZBB package for monthly performance reviews;
  • Leads and owns the annual budgeting process for the IT ZBB package and coordinates the process with BUs and Zone BBP/ZBB Teams;
  • Doing the right thing – ability to interpret and apply standards and policies in consistent way;
  • Simplifies- implements continuous improvement agenda;
  • Builds strong partnership across Zone finance- Global PPM and BU Teams- cross-cultural stakeholder management.

Qualifications

Hard Skills

  • Studying towards a professional accountancy qualification (ACA- CIMA- ACCA or equiv.) with headway made through exams;
  • Ability to partner with the business and provide financial expertise;
  • High level of proven numeric and analytical capability;
  • Advanced Excel skills;
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver to tight deadlines with can do attitude;
  • Presentation skills is a plus.
