Description & Requirements

In brief- you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the area of supply chain with reporting- data management and analysis
  • Supporting on implementation of Customer Collaboration projects
  • Managing Consumer Care activities
  • Communication with Customer Service team
  • Detailed analysis of data- process maps and problems of Order Management process
  • Participation in meetings and presentations to customers

Your qualifications:

  • Advanced bachelor’s or master’s degree in logistics- engineering- business administration or similar
  • Ideally- first practical experience in the form of internships or student jobs
  • High level of commitment and analytical thinking
  • Strong communication skills and a structured and independent way of working
  • Good MS Office skills- especially excellent Excel skills
  • Fluent German and English skills
