About the Position

We have an excellent opportunity available for an experienced eCommerce manager to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. The Head of eCommerce lies within the International Growth organization. You’ll be working in a high performing team- alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. Get ready for a lot of exposure to internal senior stakeholders across the International Zone (EMEA- LATAM- APAC). The delivery of the eCommerce plan and growth in the International zone will be your primary responsibility. You will constantly be looking for improvement activities within eCommerce.


In brief- you will be responsible for;

  • Cross-functional strategy to design future-facing eCommerce business for the International Zone
  • Optimising eCommerce capabilities in partnership with Sales- Marketing- Digital- Foodservice- Go To Market and Supply Chain
  • Leading the eCommerce team and business across the markets and supports BUs in commercial planning and execution
  • Building the eCommerce AOP & Strat Plan to deliver growth ahead of the market
  • Building data capabilities in eCommerce and developing robust reporting processes for the zone
  • Mapping org design in countries/BUs and setting up the right model per country or business unit
  • Leveraging zone scale for customer deals

Qualifications


Hard Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree required- Masters or MBA advantageous
  • Work Experience
    • eCommerce experience in the consumer goods- retail or food industry
    • relevant experience in building eCommerce strategy and capabilities across international markets
    • People manager leading high performing teams in a matrix organisation across multiple locations
    • Experience working in EMEA- LATAM APAC markets preferred
  • Language – English required. Other languages a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite- experienced Profitero- Salsify- DAM Software etc
