About the role

Working closely with our passionate People & Performance team you will provide best practice human resources advice and support to the business to enable our Wagga Wagga site achieve business goals. This is a part time role working 3 days a week.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the business through empowering managers in people management practices;
  • Provide a customer focused approach- ensuring all stakeholder needs are fulfilled;
  • Provide sound advice in the application of Employment Agreements with the support of a HR Business Partner;
  • Assist the Site Manager in building the desired site culture;
  • To establish and maintain effective methods of communication- consultation and negotiation with stakeholders.

About you

Your passion for people and drive to create an outstanding employee experience will ensure your success in this role. You will have:

  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills with the ability to influence;
  • Strong organisation and prioritisation skills;
  • Fine-tuned problem solving skills with the ability to analyse data to provide valuable insights;
  • Experience in a similar role- ideally within an industrial environment.
