Description & Requirements

Top-line growth:

  • Develop a rolling 2-year pipeline of business opportunities for Japan and Korea- using existing portfolio in the Kraft Heinz network
  • Analyze Japanese and Korean market/channels looking for matches between the portfolio and local trends
  • Work with the local Quality and R&D team to understand the feasibility of importing those products in to the Japan and Korean market
  • Develop strong and appealing Trade Materials in collaboration with Trade Marketing
  • Localize global brand assets
  • Support category teams importing core-category products from affiliates

Bottom-line growth:

  • Responsible for portfolio price architecture
  • Responsible for setting price guidelines for new and existing portfolio
  • Work with cross-functional team to create business cases and P&Ls for the projects

Other duties:

  • Support Sales in Trade presentations (when possible)
  • Team management and development
