Global Solution Owner - Order to Cash (OTC)

  • This role is responsible for and mandated to drive the Global OTC enterprise strategy- and their continued enhancement in support of delivering KraftHeinz Global Business objectives
  • Owning the performance of this function- leading a global team of OTC and identifying- designing and leading the individual business process transformation initiatives. This role will be expected to drive Global Business Services (GBS) through its next phase by creating value through consumer-centric and innovative solutions
  • Candidates are expected to be able to lead and create structure from ambiguity- communicate at all levels of the organisation- and demonstrate intimate involvement in respective business process
  • Experience (10yr+) in senior business roles- with a track record of bringing transformational change
  • Be highly collaborative- respected by the C-suite leadership and with High credibility and approachability

Primary Responsibilities

  • Able to develop clear vision of excellence in their area
  • Align all strategic initiatives for processes- policies and technologies across geographies at Enterprise level
  • Ensures that related process activities and plans are consistent with the objectives of the company
  • Owns performance- process design and technology enablement
    • Ensure understanding of the capabilities and functionality available in order to leverage our current assets optimally
    • Partner with IT to understand the gaps in our current technology ecosystem and define our technology roadmap.
    • Leverage technology- working towards an end-to-end tool set- including self-service tools
    • Ensure all facets of the business solution are accounted and define an end-to-end process which encompass all elements of the solution.
    • Define and own the SLA and KPI to measure end-to-end process performance- efficiency and quality.
    • Act as a key stakeholder to foster a culture which monitors and meets the needs of the business through process excellence- improvement and insight
    • Work cross-functionally with the business to define the optimal business process- including the associated policies- controls and SOP’s
    • Assist stakeholders in the resolution of complex or non-routine issues
    • The GSO’s will be responsible for going before the CAPEX and Financial committees- present the business cases for the initiatives identified and request funding to support such
    • Build strategic partnerships with external best-in-class companies to accelerate the transformation journey- increasing Enterprise value
    • Actively seeks opportunities to innovate and source best practices in terms of process strategy- improvement- performance- engagement and governance
  • Directing a team of people dedicated to the success and realization of the intended business outcome.
  • Leverage the operational metrics and work with the zone operations teams to identify opportunities
  • Brings external and customer perspectives to the setting and managing of the process performance metrics and handbooks
  • Responsible for providing perspective on industry benchmarks to do what is best for Kraft Heinz.


  • Degree and/or MBA preferred
  • At least 10+ years of experience in Order to Cash
  • Experience leading special projects (short-term and long-term initiatives)
  • Ability to create extensive cross-functional network
  • Enables and empowers the process performers
  • High credibility and approachability with the region and countries
