About the Position

The Global Revenue Management team is looking for an experienced and dynamic Global Revenue Management Senior Analyst –  Project Management to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. You’ll be working in a young high performing team- alongside colleagues always driving Net Revenue Growth. You’ll be reporting to the Global Revenue Management Promotions Lead. You will be accountable for leading the global roll-out agenda of all Trade Promotional Optimization (TPO) activities in the company- across different countries. You will be challenged to find optimal promotional solutions for a wide range of retailer and categories landscapes! Get ready for a lot of exposure to internal senior stakeholders.

Who we are looking for:

We are seeking a candidate who has a developed understanding of pricing and FMCG trade management concepts with proven ability to carefully and logically assess risks- benefits and alternatives. This individual should be comfortable communicating with and influencing key stakeholders across a highly-matrixed organization. The ideal candidate will also have a successful track record of executing transformation projects. True ownership- strong analytical skills and business acumen are key characteristics to excel at this position.


  • Be an agent of change into Kraft Heinz Company organization- using data- statistics- process and social skills to move different stakeholders towards the goal of increasing trade promotional efficiency (more with less)

  • Chief a positive environment into your team- genuinely interested in the well-being and happiness of your colleagues

  • Support Global RevMan promotion Lead into managing large scale TPO projects - overseeing vendors and KHC teams from different commercial areas in each country- you will leverage business data and statistical methods to provide insight into key performance indicators for trade promotional optimization within Kraft Heinz globally

  • As a subject matter expert- design and recommend appropriate analytical approaches to address key issues within the business- balancing priorities and resources.

  • Liaison with the stakeholders to understand their business peculiarities and develop and implement solutions that will support him in driving promotional effectiveness.

  • Support Commercial Leaders across different countries to guide and elevate the analytical abilities across KHC. Empower and support the teams in creating analytics tools for data-driven decision making.

  • Communicate promotional strategies and concepts to various levels of the organization and document issues related to the projects using Change Management templates and techniques.

  • Partner with the Global RevMan Pricing Lead and Global RevMan Capabilities Lead to set the analytics vision and strategy for each function through partnership with senior leadership- championing the use of data in making strategic business decisions.

Requirement & Skills

  • Bachelor or Master degree (MBA included). Preference for business- computer science- statistics- data science

  • Minimum 2-3 years working experience- in a fast paced environment- preferably in CPG environment and / or Revenue Management- Finance- Marketing/Category or Sales

  • Understanding of statistics and its appliance to solve forecast and optimization problems

  • Understanding of Trade P&L structure- with knowledge of each lever that can generate positive results in margin and volume

  • Strong recent & related experience with MS Office (i.e.- Excel & Powerpoint) and BI Tools (Tableau- Power BI- etc.). Knowledge of SQL coding is a plus.

  • Strong project management skills required- with ability to prioritize and follow through

  • Highly organized with a keen sense of focus and ability to meet required goals under time critical deadlines in a stressful environment.

  • Strong social skills- with ability to understand the context and utilize it to drive an agenda

  • Demonstrated financial knowledge- with the ability to evaluate financial data and interpret as relevant data points in review and approval consideration.

  • Strong ownership- never giving up and really committed to drive an agenda even in adverse environments

  • Language fluency: English
