About the Position

We have an excellent opportunity available for an experienced Finance professional to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. The Global Logistics Controller works within the Logistics Finance Function in the Global Center of Excellence. You’ll be working in a high performing team- alongside peers always trying to reach the next level.

You’ll be reporting into the Global Head of Logistics Finance. Get ready for a lot of exposure to internal senior stakeholders. The control and visibility of Logistic cost performance for the Globe will be your primary responsibility- inventory control as secondary. You’re constantly looking for opportunities to improve the results and facilitate this by driving clear cost visibility- comparing results with budget- last year- best in time and best in class benchmarks. You organize the gathering of the data and consolidate those to provide the total picture.

In brief- you will be responsible for;

  • Show performance on monthly basis on the zones and key (global) projects (logistics costs and inventory)
  • Support Monthly Performance Review preparations and ad-hoc queries
  • Implement standardization and automation of the logistics costs reporting globally
  • Supporting implementation of digitalization initiatives in the zones          
  • Gather data needed for KPI tracking- reporting and reporting the results
  • Track global savings projects and their KPI’s
  • Implement and maintain effectiveness and completeness of the cost structure in ZBB tool
  • Control and manage the Logistic cost travel budget

Qualifications


Hard Skills

  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Finance- Accounting
  • 2-4 years working experience in Finance and or operations- preferable in FMCG environment
  • A strong command over English with an ability to understand and communicate clearly and effectively
  • A high degree of familiarity and practice of IT skills related to use of Microsoft PowerPoint- Word- MS Excel
  • Familiarity or affinity with Power BI and Tableau is a pre
  • Willingness to travel to zones
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver to tight deadlines with can do attitude
