About this Role:

We are seeking a driven- detail-oriented- Full-Stack Developer to join our growing team. Reporting to the Head of Digital- the Full-Stack Developer will link design and functionality to create best-in-class digital experiences. This individual will have a keen eye for design and a passion for their technical craft.


  • Develop visually appealing front-end architecture (web and mobile)

  • Collaborate with members of the digital team- to consistently improve functionality and user-friendliness of digital touchpoints

  • Develop functional databases- applications- and servers to support websites on the back-end

  • Scope projects and provide guidance on the implementation of features/functionality requests

  • Ensure user experience and feasibility determines design choices

  • Run extensive QA to ensure consistency across devices and browsers

  • Implement applications- plug-ins- and integrations to accelerate our capabilities

  • Identify and troubleshoot various issues and coding problems

  • Build reusable code and libraries for future use


  • 5+ years relevant experience

  • Proficiency with front-end languages such as HTML- CSS- and JavaScript

  • Experience with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular JS- React- and Amber

  • Experience with languages such as Java- PHP- Ruby- or Python

  • Experience with Shopify (liquid) development a plus

  • Understanding of an Agile/Scrum development process

  • Familiarity with code versioning tools

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Proactive- and a desire to learn and grow
