About the Position

NOTE! This role has a fixed 1 year contract!

We have an excellent opportunity available for an experienced FSQ Support Manager to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. The FSQ Support Manager lies within the Telford Kraft – Heinz site. You’ll be working in a high performing team- alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. You’ll be reporting into Telford FSQ Manager Get ready for a lot of exposure to internal senior stakeholders. The delivery of various project objectives will be your primary responsibility. You’re constantly looking for improvement activities and development of technical competencies across the site.


In brief- you will be responsible for;

  • Keep up-to date with all third-party requirements including BRC- Burger King- Pasteurization- Kraft Heinz Group Audits and arrange and manage all third-party audits and EHO/TSO visits.
  • Support HACCP/TACCP/VACCP programmes
  • Amend- review and update the documentation within the Food Safety and Quality Manual and the HACCP Manual
  • Prepare- maintain and update the internal audit plan for the Quality Management System and ensure that all internal audits are undertaken- completed and closed within agreed timescales. Including managing and supporting the internal audit team.
  • Directs the quality and product safety components of all projects at the site through quality planning and project oversight for compliance to GMP's and other company policies and guidelines.
  • Support the site process and cleaning & sanitation validation programmes
  • Coordinate the implementation of KraftHeinz specifications and data management platforms and their promulgation into best working practice
  • Undertake additional work as required by the FSQ Manager and other members of the senior management team.

Hard Skills

  • Degree in food science or equivalent with significant experience in quality and food safety (HACCP Qualifications)
  • Exceptional delivery of Technical standards in a large food manufacturing environment
  • Thorough technical knowledge of quality and food safety
  • A team player with strong leadership and communication skills with interaction across the business all other key functions
