About the role:

Our Kraft Heinz Flavours of Finance Program will provide you with the experience and exposure to develop you into a future finance leader of our company. This early careers program is designed for top finance talent- two or three years into their finance or accounting career who seek a performance-based culture that is built on meritocracy- ambition- hard-work and passion. Commencing July 2021 in our Melbourne office- our 12-month program will see you rotate through 2 areas of our Finance department with a permanent placement at the end of the program.

You will learn directly from Kraft Heinz leaders and you will have the opportunity to work across a range of sub functions with rotations in any of the following:

  • Financial Planning & Analysis
  • Supply Chain Finance
  • Treasury
  • Trade Finance
  • Commercial Finance
  • Controllership

As a part of the FoF Program you will be adding value as a full-time employee from day one; doing real work and delivering real results. This 12-month program is designed to broaden your knowledge of how a multinational food company operates and will set you up for success for a future leadership role.

About you:

  • Bachelor or Master’s Degree in – Business- Commerce- Finance- Economics or Accounting
  • 2-3 years’ experience in a Finance or Accounting role
  • CA- CPA or equivalent qualification highly regarded
  • Full- ongoing work rights in Australia at time of application
  • Willingness to move across functional areas within finance and relocate to different cities- manufacturing sites or countries
  • Strong extra-curricular achievements that reflect leadership- a proactive attitude and ownership
  • Passionate about being challenged daily with a continuous improvement mindset and ready to constantly learn- develop and grow
