Digital Marketing Manager

Primal Kitchen is a growing brand looking for an energetic marketing enthusiast to join our digital marketing team! The Digital Marketing Manager will join our team of creative digital communicators- supporting the Sr. Digital Marketing Manager to plan- implement- and manage Primal Kitchen’s digital marketing efforts.

This team-player will assist in digital roles ranging from email marketing to website management- helping to drive digital sales metrics using the latest trends in web- email and digital advertising. Experience in all things email- marketing automation- paid ad strategy and affiliate program management is a must to execute clear- concise brand messaging across all online platforms.

Primary Responsibilities:

UI / UX Site Management

  • Plan- oversee- and execute lead generation efforts to hook new customers and increase product and subscription sales.
  • Assist in the measurement and performance reporting of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Assist with the development of the shopify websites
  • Reporting and analysis of banner- pop-ups- cart fly outs- upsells at checkout and other conversion focused features.

Klaviyo Email Marketing Coordination:

  • Coordinate and execute email marketing calendar and weekly promotions.
  • Assist in setup of automated flow campaigns
  • Work cross-functionally to get necessary creative- copy- and development of email campaigns

Paid Ads Coordination:

  • Perform day-to-day marketing activities including- but not limited to- digital campaign set-up- scheduling- and testing.
  • Create effective marketing campaigns on multiple digital platforms to boost revenue for company products identified as marketing priorities. Campaigns may include email- paid ads (Google- Facebook- Instagram- Reddit)- and affiliate program strategies.
  • Manage online advertising and promos for new products across company websites.
  • Stay abreast of and recommend digital marketing best practices with design and testing of campaigns.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • At least 2 years working experience in digital marketing
  • Ability to set up and optimize Facebook- Instagram- Google- Pinterest Ads
  • Current on latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • Experience supporting successful marketing programs
  • Experience performing A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Experience in Google Analytics
  • Experience working with Shopify a plus
  • Experience working with WordPress a plus
  • Some experience managing Affiliate Programs
  • Proficient analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Meticulous attention to detail- accuracy and organization to execute high-quality work within deadlines
  • Multi-tasker; able to track and manage competing priorities
  • Proven communication and collaboration skills
  • Work from home and take initiative
