Description & Requirements

Overview

This person will help lead the evolution of the KHC Marketing Data Lake- by developing Predictive and Prescriptive insights across Marketing- focused on Consumer Insights and Brand Campaign Performance.  In addition- this individual would help manage the Marketing technology ecosystem- including the Salesforce Service Cloud supporting the Consumer Call center application.  This individual will be part of the team to liaison between IT and the Growth Office supporting Marketing- Consumer Insights- eCommerce\Sales- R&D- and Foodservice. This person will:

  • Lead the evolution of the KHC Marketing Data Lake:
    • Integrating first and third party data sources within Azure- Snowflake and GCP
    • Developing Predictive and Prescriptive insights across Marketing by leveraging Tableau- along with various Analytical and Querying tools
  • Assist with Marketing projects to support Brand Campaigns and the Consumer Call Center
  • Establish strong internal business relationships by helping solve business challenges through the use of emerging technology
  • Proactively manage project\pilot schedules- budgets- timelines- & risks while providing service leadership to internal clients to ensure all initiatives are delivered on-time & on-budget with quality deliverables
  • Drive concepts to actionable pilots- plans- and deliverables across the KHC Growth Office
  • Help bring new marketing systems to life from conception and pilot to scalable launch
  • Establish key relationships outside of KHC to identify digital capabilities that will provide KHC a competitive advantage
  • Travel occasionally to scout and lead projects; up to 10% as required

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in MIS- Marketing- Computer Science and/or Data Science
  • Analytical and Functional expertise in Marketing Analysis- specifically Media across product- customer- and consumer data attributes
  • Project Management- specifically Agile Development
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in business problem definition and solution shaping
  • Broad systems knowledge in the areas of IT infrastructure (Cloud and hosted environments)- integrations and SOA architectures.
  • Ability to manage numerous projects of varying size and complexity
  • Experience with Azure- Snowflake- Tableau- Media Tools- Couponing Systems- IRI- Salesforce- Food and Beverage\Retail solutions
  • Experience with the CPG industry and working with Digital Innovation ecosystems is a plus
  • Experience with Machine Learning and AI a plus
  • Experience with SAP a plus
  • 3+ years of CPG or Retail experience a plus
