Description & Requirements

Objetivo:

Planificar el reabastecimiento para asegurar niveles óptimos de servicio y abasto en punto de venta- mediante la creación- la coordinación y ejecución de planes las necesidades de negocio por medio de conocimiento de Ventas- Abasto- Fill Rate- Forecast y días de inventario. Y con ello tener un esquema de colaboración con los clientes que permita satisfacer las necesidades externas e internas tanto de Kraft Heinz- como de sus clientes buscando obtener beneficios mutuos.

Actividades:

  • Identificar oportunidades de abasto y dispersión de inventario mediante el desarrollo de un scorecard semanal. (Junta semanal con S&OP y cliente para seguimientos).
  • Monitorear y reportar semanalmente nivel de fill rate buscando y ejecutando opciones para evitar / minimizar no entregas y con esto cargos por multas. (Visibilidad a las áreas de soporte- y desarrollo de planes de acción para mejorar.
  • Construir objetivos y estimados de compra a partir del análisis de la demanda por cliente / SKU para asegurar fill rate al 100%- abasto + días de inventario sanos en tiendas y cubrir los objetivos Sell in y Sell out.

Requisitos:

  • Licenciatura Ciencias Social – Administrativo- Ingeniería Industrial o similar.
  • 2 a 3 años de experiencia en posición de CPFR/planeación de la demanda.
  • Excel Avanzado- SAP deseable.
  • Inglés intermédio- Avanzado deseble.
  • Enfoque al cliente- Actitud de dueño- Liderazgo- Empatía- Trabajo en equipo.
