About the Position
 
We have an excellent opportunity available for an experienced Business Development Chef to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. The Business Development Chef lies within the UK Foodservice business. You’ll be working in a high performing team- alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. You’ll be reporting into the Culinary Sales Manager. Get ready for a lot of exposure to internal senior stakeholders. Helping the sales team to pursue new business by developing culinary relationships with end-customers will be your primary responsibility. 
 
In brief- you will be responsible for; • Leading culinary sales sessions with multiple customers- designing menus and preparing food that best showcases our range • Reviewing customer menus to assess gaps and identify how Kraft Heinz products could elevate their current offerings • Support trade show strategic development and execution  • Working with Sales Development team to build relationships with top customers together  • Sharing chef-to-chef insights with the sales and innovation team  • Consistently working to increase culinary knowledge of the broader Foodservice team  • Supporting the broader business with internal tastings for new products or new product ideation
 
Qualifications
 
Hard Skills Please kindly note that you need to have an EU Working Permit (Orientation Year Visa not included) in order to proceed for this position.
 
• BSc required • Experience of presenting culinary techniques / new recipes to an audience of industry professionals  • Ability to develop menus (and cook to demonstrate) across a wide array of customer concepts- ranging from fast food- to casual dining and pubs  • The ability to develop a menu or product based on a client brief
