Description & Requirements

We have an excellent opportunity available for a Brand Manager- based in Amsterdam- to make a difference at Kraft Heinz.

The Brand Manager lies within the Continental Europe Business Unit. Your responsibility lies in leading the Benelux Brunch portfolio- full of strong local jewels as Koninklijke De Ruijter- Venz and Brinta.

You’ll be working in a high performing team- alongside peers always trying to reach the next level and you will be reporting into an experienced Marketing Manager.

Get ready for a lot of exposure to internal and external senior stakeholders.

Rolling out the marketing strategy of our beloved local brands and being an active part in activations and innovation projects will be our primary responsibilities.

About the position


In brief- you will be responsible for;

  • Acting as commercial & marketing project leader for innovation & renovation projects from idea to launch. Executing and tracking of recently launched innovations.
  • Strong project management experience; especially in product development (from concept to launch) with cross-functional team management
  • Manage cross functional teams to deliver brand related projects efficiently and effectively: Closely cooperate with Category- Sales and Finance to reach cross-functional goals.
  • Understand consumers’ needs and identify relevant insights.
  • Develop a winning marketing strategy and the respective product & activation plans
  • Preparing country long term and annual plans. Lead and own the marketing plan for Koninklijke De Ruijter- Venz and Brinta.
  • Ensure excellent execution of agreed plans
  • Working on the creation/coordination of ATL and BTL activities: briefing- development- implementation and evaluation.
  • Experience of all core marketing competencies as well as experience in developing and leveraging digital and social marketing with proven track record in delivering digital marketing projects
  • Monitor competitive activities and brand performance and activities effectiveness
  • Tight control of allocated marketing budget

Qualifications


Hard Skills

  • Education: Relevant Master degree in management- marketing or economics
  • Work Experience: 4 years of experience in Brand Marketing at leading FMCGs companies.
  • Languages: Dutch and business fluent English. Dutch Culturally Aware
  • Great command of Microsoft Suite (especially Excel and Power Point)
