About the Position 

We have an excellent opportunity available for an experienced BBP Insights Coordinator to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. The BBP Insights Coordinator lies within the Continental Europe Business Unit.

 You’ll be working in a high performing team- alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. You’ll be reporting into the Head of BBP. The delivery of correct reports of both internal and external data to the business for them to make the right decisions will be your primary responsibility. In this position- you will have interaction with stakeholders from the Category- Global Centre of Excellence (GCOE)- Revenue Growth Management (RGM) and New Venture teams.

 
In brief- you will be responsible for; 

  • Coordinating the monthly closing process- ensuring the data is correct as base for analysis and decision making.
  • Revenue Growth Management insights creation; Supporting RGM team to ensure they get more insights in order to drive profitability. For example- building activation ROI tool and insights- building margin pool tool-
  • AI/Machine learning tool development lead together with our GCOE and IT team. Ensure the set-up and implement/launch of the right AI/Machine learning tooling.
  • E-commerce insights creation; Ensure the right e-commerce shopper insights in the Netherlands. Work with the central team on getting best e-commerce insights (across all categories and customers) and sharing these best practices with other BU’s.
  • Day to day management of the BBP intern.


 

Qualifications

Hard Skills and Capabilities 

  • Minimal masters degree (preferably in Economics of Finance)
  • Mandatory knowledge of English.
  • 2-4 years of relevant working experience in a financial analytical reporting role in an international environment
  • Strong Excel skills. Any system skills like Python is an advantage
  • Experience with driving actions and project management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability digest complex information at a high pace and simplifying the complex.\ People who share our values of ownership- meritocracy- innovation- data driven mindset and goal-oriented attitude.
