Description & Requirements

Reporting to the Sr. Manager Sales Strategy & Excellence- the Associate Manager of Sales Strategy designs- analyzes and reports on key strategic priorities for the organization that allow the organization to properly function not only in-year but to set it up for success in the future.  This role is crucial in allowing our sales teams to operate at a high level- drive engagement across the teams and work collaboratively with our customer base.


  • Support in establishing- refining and maintaining all key sales rituals and routines- train and set quality standards across routines for both Canada Retail and Foodservice Sales
  • Support zone owner for all Sales KPIs across 200+ person functional team
  • Manage KPI selection- target setting and tracking across Total Zone Championship program
  • Own improvement recommendations to MPR routine for all of Sales (Monthly Performance Review)
  • Deliver SLT (Sales Leadership Team) reporting on a weekly basis
  • Coordinate tracking of JBPs across all customers (Joint Business Planning)
  • Support the Sr. Manager of Strategy on ad-hoc analysis- reporting- presentation building for Sr. VP of Sales
  • Review and update key policies and training- develop and lead trainings as required- ensuring adherence and understanding
  • Identify and lead/support key strategic projects driving improved financial results for the company
  • Manage and support external partners and vendors through relevant projects


  • University Degree
  • 3-5 years of CPG experience- ideally within sales
  • Demonstration of analytical skills and problem solving techniques- ability to work on their own
  • Ability to successfully manage many tasks simultaneously
  • Strong analytic and problem solving capability
  • Strong written/oral communication with excellent interpersonal skills
