About the role
 

Calling out all those passionate about food!

Reporting into the category’s Senior Brand Manager- this role is within our Ready Meals brand marketing team- based in Newmarket- New Zealand. Responsible for managing our iconic Food in a Minute brand and developing strong relationship with key stakeholders to develop yearly content plan for all digital channels to support brand

  • Own and deliver brand strategy for Food in a Minute using consumer insights and today’s trends
  • Responsible for content creation and planning including recipe development and production
  • Drive strong digital media strategy to drive best reach- impressions and engagement
  • Drive and deliver integrated communications campaign using consumer led insights and supporting brand plans and strategy
  • Manages Food in a Minute digital channels such as the website- Facebook and Instagram effectively and efficiently
  • Liaise with media and creative agencies on a daily basis to drive strategy and leverage content across all channels
  • Support annual budgeting- quarterly forecasting and manage monthly A&P spend
  • Communication and coordination across cross-functional teams including Sales- Operations and Management
  • Opportunity to also drive other brand Marketing projects within the Ready Meals team


 

About you

  • Minimum 2+ years in marketing or agency experience
  • A passion for Food is a must!
  • Experience and knowledge in digital marketing- SEO- SEM- social media and website
  • Ability to analyse and interpret data to make recommendations
  • Strong presentation and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Detail oriented with strong project management experience and ability to manage tight timelines and drive project team
  • Problem solver who can think outside the box- with resilience to bounce back from setbacks
