About the Position

We have an excellent opportunity available for an experienced Project Lead to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. The “ MEA Artwork project specialist” position lies within the European Middle East and Africa Zone. You’ll be working in a high performing team- alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. 

In brief- you will be responsible to:

  • Lead the end-to-end artwork process with multifunctional teams from design adaptations to artwork dispatch to printer
  • Brief internal design team for design/artwork development based on the requirements from multifunctional team
  • Coordinate artwork development with multifunctional teams of all MEA projects- including innovation- regulatory and R&D initiated projects
  • Set-up meetings bringing together designer- labels suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure quality & consistency of AWs when printed
  • Fully own the artwork process and continuously optimize it into innovation project management process to deliver projects OTIF
  • Ensure Kraft Heinz brand build guidelines are followed for all artwork designs
  • Create and maintain artwork tracking system- local artwork archive and cutter guide library (with R&D) for MEA region
  • Ensure artwork harmony between MEA offices (mainly UAE- Egypt- Turkey)
  • Lead innovation instore POSM & social advertising design projects

Qualifications


Hard Skills
•    Bachelor’s degree level at a minimum (HBO/Bachelor)
•    Minimum experience 1-2 years in project management
•    Fluency in Arabic and English are a must. Turkish is a plus
•    Demonstrated project coordination experience within a print- pre-press- or graphics manufacturing environment (is a plus)
